When did you first become aware of Tulsi Gabbard?

I had followed Tulsi like everyone else, but she made the biggest impression on me during the 2019 Democratic presidential debate, when she took on Kamala Harris. I saw someone with tremendous courage and conviction. Tulsi challenged the establishment candidate, said exactly what she believed, and didn’t seem concerned about the political consequences. I remember thinking, “Wow, I’m going to make a film about her one day.” Now I have, and I think the film tells a fascinating life story that will have a real impact on viewers.

Do you think Tulsi Gabbard should run for president in 2028?

Producing this film reinforced my belief that Tulsi Gabbard is a “rock star” politician. She not only has the talent and experience, but also a rare kind of pop-culture appeal that can cross traditional political lines and reach Republicans, Democrats, Independents, women, minorities and other voters Republicans need to win the White House. If Tulsi runs in 2028, I believe she will win the Republican nomination and become America’s first female president.

Why the AI voice narrator and first-person narration for this film?

I wrote the script based on extensive research and publicly available sources, and presented it in the first person for dramatic purposes. The narration does not represent the actual words of Tulsi Gabbard. It is performed using an AI-generated voice for entertainment and dramatization. The narrator’s voice may resemble Tulsi Gabbard’s voice, but it is not her voice. This is an unauthorized political biography. Tulsi Gabbard did not endorse the film or participate in its production.
